Do I need to begin my paper over.  I am running short of time.  If I do, what if your system doen't download again?  I save the corrected text by your comman but now it must be lost.

I intended to purchase your software but I am not so sure now.

Questions about Grammarly's products need to be directed to support. There are links at the bottom of the page. There are no employees on this discussion forum. I suspect that support does not work 24/7, just during the work week. But I could be wrong. You might find an answer if you read instructions, which you didn't do when you typed this question here.

As a general rule, you should always save your work often, so you don't have to start over when something goes wrong on your computer. That advice has nothing to do with Grammarly, but more to do with Murphy's Law.
