Would this be the company and its products or the company and their products?

Thanks

"Company" is singular, so "its" is correct.

A company is not a person. I have noticed that a very common error in business class writing is using they and their when referring to the company.  When referring to senior management, you can use those pronouns.  But the company itself is always an "it."
