I apologise for unknowingly doing something wrong which has annoyed you of which I need clarification to avoid being confused. Please indicate the mistake to me for rectification instead of ignoring me

Then I  apologize/applogise ( Uk spelling) to you. I need to talk to you for once to clear something  of which I am confused about: So I can rectify my mistake rather than ignoring me.
