The first word of any sentence is always capitalized. The word “I” is always capitalized regardless of placement.
When using numbers in a sentence, those from one to nine should be spelled out. Figures are used when numbering a list, but not in the sentence itself.
The word "ability" should be made plural since you are referring to multiple abilities.
I have to question if you actually have four points. It seems that the last three are various areas that you intend to improve upon to increase your skill as a psychologist. I also wonder about your last point. Psychometry is considered more of a paranormal ability of divining facts about a person by being near them or an object. Psychometrics is the use of psychological testing. Since that seems to fit better with the other items, I would change your wording to this:
I will develop the following abilities to increase my skill as a psychologist:
1. Interview technique
2. Psychotherapy
3. Psychometrics
