There is no sentence fragment here, but change Israel, and to Israel, including.

Whoops!  Forgot to capitalize He in the last part of the sentence.  He is the supreme being.

Shawn's answer is correct. Peggy's sentence indicates that Rahab heard about three things -meaning that the last two are not mighty works. Shawn correctly indicates that the the last two are examples of the mighty works.
