I am not sure as this is my first time using this site. I thought I corrected the error yet it still indicates that it needs to be corrected?

See example:

Transplantation is the ideal treatment for patients however, the process of receiving a kidney transplant is long and difficult.

I would break this into two sentences after 'patients'. 'However' may be used as a conjunction, but it is an adverb in this sentence.

Transplantation is the ideal treatment for patients.  However, the process of receiving a kidney transplant is long and difficult.
