I assume that you want to apply as a student worker.  If this is the case you should write the following:


"Please let me know how to apply for a position as a student worker."




"Please let me know how to apply as a student worker."


Note that, because these are statements, not questions, you should use periods.

There is another possible way to express your need:


As a student, please let me know how to apply for a part-time position.
