I'm unclear as to what you are asking for.

'Disappear' is usually an intransitive verb, which means it doesn't take an object.  Your sentence can be written as an active voice sentence with an object using your suggestion.

Somebody has taken my umbrella.

Somebody took my umbrella.

Dictionaries will also define it as a transitive verb.

He disappeared my umbrella.

I've never used it like this, however, and have rarely heard it used in this way.

It would have to be used this way to be passive voice. I have never heard this used.

My umbrella was disappeared.
