i'm confused i tried to fix this several times and i still get the same error "Wordiness" does someone knows how can i prevent this from happening and what is that i'm doing wrong on this situation?

See example:

While planning and implementing their strategy, the company should be aware of the expenses, having more space requires more assets, personnel and increase their operation at every level, for that reason they have to be cautious and control their expenses, a wise option will be to generate a budgetary control using the cash budget method, by doing this they will be able to determine and compare expenses against earnings or income giving them a more precise perspective of how to invest their resources to be more efficient and develop a program according not just their needs and vision but more important according their financial situation

You have joined a bunch of sentences together with commas. This should be seven or more sentences. You might want to study basic sentence structure to get a better understanding. Also, remember that a company is an "it", not a "they".
