He eats non-veg food and He eats meat. Are there any difference between non-veg and meat?

If veg is vegetarian, not really. Only if you count things like bacon greese and chicken stock, which are made from a meat but don't technically have meat in them.
If veg is vegan, then it would include things like eggs and cheese.
