The revision that you provide is very good; however, the use of 'consequently' is a little awkward.  I think it is acceptable to just state where your data came from, without 'consequently'.

Principle would be the correct word. Principal is the administrative leader of a school.

 

The principal of the school is my pal. This is a way to always remember the difference of the two words.

When me and my lab partners studied about yest and all the magnificents behind it we wondered what happens when we mix water, sugar and yest all together in one bottle, Than thats when hit us we decided we were going to test out this experiment and see the results.
