Is this the correct way of spelling Pennsylvania
This is the way i have always spell this word
See example:
He had just meander out of the Greyhound Bus Station in the down town area of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

You have spelled both Pittsburgh an Pennsylvania correctly. A very simple online search would have answered that for you.
You do have several errors, though.
"I" is always capitalized. There are no exceptions."Spell" and "meander" should be in the past tense."Bus station" should not be capitalized."Downtown" is one word.

Pittsburg is spelled without the "h" -- unless you mean that Eastern city where Heinz and Westinghouse have their homes. (Pittsburg, California--called the New York of the Pacific during the Civil Way--is a city of 60,000 in the San Francisco Bay Area.)
... and that eastern city is the one spelled with a n "h" in Pennsylvania.
