Usage of "with the help of"
If the initial velocity at fixed starting point is u and final velocity at time t is v, with the help of defining equation of acceleration, by re-arranging the equation, v = u + at is derived. is this correct?

This is confusing, Lim. The equation you show, v=u+at, is the acceleration equation, but you talk about rearranging it, but don't show the new configuration. Additionally, you don't specify what you are trying to determine or what your knowns are. Not knowing where you are going with this, I can't really help you. Give some more information and I, or someone, will try to help.
