First and third person pronoun

Can one use the first person pronoun with the third person pronoun in the same sentence?

 

Example : "Can I take a contact number for yourself/yourselves?"

Yes, you can. But you can't use the reflexive pronoun and not have an antecedent.

 

Can I take a contact number for you?
