I feel like they are stealing my money, because I signed for the trial period and it's no tab to cancel subscription, now I have been charged $139.73 for something I have not buy it. My email is marija216@hotmail.com phone number 2032783311 I'll be waiting for an answer

My wife signed up for $10.00 a month and they took out $150.00 (At a VERY bad time for us financially)

There's no way to get ahold of anyone. I called the only"number" they have to call and can't get a hold of anyone there. E-mailed with no luck.  There is no way to get your money back or cancel your membership. Extremely dissapointed.

I was charged a full years subscription today.  I canceled my subscription over a month ago.  I need to talk to a person not a stupid machine.  When do you people work?  What are the hours that I can reach you?  This sucks not being able to talk to a real person.

I tried out the free trial, The Grammarly. My checking account was hit with a $139.95 fee. I am very pissed. Grammarly you are a scam. I need my money back.  I did not give authorization for this transaction. My bank will not accept anymore request for payment from you.  I can see from the past posts. You guys are in the business of stealing money. The professional and moral thing to do is reimburse my money back. You have no #, nor any other way of contacting you. This is ridiculous, I woke up this morning with a 139 dollar bill! WTF!!!!!  I did not authorize that, I wanted a monthly bill, I am a freaking college student and cant afford this damn bill and they just took it. You will be hearing from my bank for my damn return for sure.
