substitute for resources person

A "preceptor" is an instructor, teacher, or the head of a school. It is not a word that is commonly used.  If it is a title for a position held at the school you are writing about, then it makes sense to use it.  Otherwise, substitute it with the specific title for that person.  I believe that you are likely trying to communicate that this person (these people) will be used by others as a source of information - a resource.  Your sentence is complicated by trying to say that multiple people will be a resource person. Multiple people will be used, but they are used one at a time.  "Resource person" is title of a position, but is the plural then "resource people"?

Faculty members will be available for use as resource people by workshop attendees as needed.

If the title of "resource person" was changed to "tutor", then you can see how it should be changed to plural.

Faculty members will be available for use as tutors by workshop attendees as needed.

When I still can't get a sentence to work - I try to say the same thing in a different way.

Workshop attendees in need of a resource person may use any faculty member in this capacity.

Nestle Private Limited is a very big organization with several departments and products of all kinds. Its Head Office is located at Lahore and like other internationally standard organizations, has the Human Resource department, which deals with the internees assigned me to Nestle Pure Life. Present report includes organizational management, field of activities, an internal architecture, its various departments, which deal with its daily life business along with the dilemmas faced by organization. It, too, transpires the objectives, policies of organization and comparison with its competitors at national level. SWOT has also been included in this report to know about the current standing of brand in Pakistani culture.  The end of this report exhaustively states departmental description, critical analysis and the activities of internee performed at Nestle.

I have been awarded a grand opportunity by Nestle to get practical experience that how the marketing strategies are planned and drafted and to interact with different kinds of customer. Nestle also gave me a platform to learn how to provide quality food according to need of the nation.
