Non- native English speakers  translate every single sentence from their native language to understand the meaning of the sentence. Wordiness and redundancy are the biggest obstacles for ESL English speakers to being fluent in the language. As Mr. Jeff said, "Some of the language experts in India create their own language and grammar -- and expect the rest of the world to follow in their magnificence."  It is like a priest practicing celibacy for himself but advocating adultery to the parishioners. Consider the real life case of a trainer- cum -writer who has published a book on English usage.

Please do not edit the paragraph in italics: A gentleman(a real act) says, "In all sincerity, In all obedience or In all faithfulness is more appropriate than the imperfect 'Yours sincerely' or 'Yours faithfully'. Yours sincerely or Your faithfully means that you are making an effort out of the ordinary to be sincere in this transaction to the person addressed as you do not follow this in the usual course of business.  When you state 'In all sincerity', 'In all obedience' or 'In all faithfulness  you are stating that you are sincere and faithful in every transaction of yours and you will extend the same honesty to this transaction too."
