First, if you had read the instructions on the page where you asked your question, you would see that this forum is NOT a help or support forum for the Grammarly software. It IS a forum for discussing grammar and style ... and asking questions about grammar and style. The folks here are not Grammarly employees.
That said, and as the FAQ pages for the Grammarly service make clear, the Grammarly service is a web-based application. It will run on any browser on any internet-connected computer, regardless of operating system. The Grammarly service cannot be downloaded onto your computer.
Grammarly does offer a Microsoft Word plug-in that can be downloaded. This plug-in automates the cutting and pasting of your text from Word into your browser qand the Grammarly. You do not need this plug-in to use Grammarly, and frankly it does not really make using Grammarly any easier. The plug-in is written in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) and will run ONLY with Word for Windows. You can blame Apple for that. Apple elected to not support VBA on the Mac in favor of its own Apple Script language.
I hope this helps.

This is a very mean spirited response to a very reasonable question from a new member. It's not very welcoming to new people is it?
