Hello, I beleive that 'the Service' should have a capital S as it is refering to an item that is being decsribed previously.


Is this correct or should it all be lower case unless the Service is named i.e. Hosted Exchange Service.

Thank you for the question.  If this is a legal document--for example, a contract--and the precise definition of Service has been made previously (typically followed by a phrase like Hereinafter, "Service"), then after that it should be capitalized.  Otherwise, no, it should be lower-case service
