through the tragic life of lady macbeth..... or through the tragedy of lady macbeth?..or any better suggestion??

I think the best option is to say ". . . through the tragic life of Lady Macbeth."  Alternatively, you could say " . . .through the tragedy undergone by Lady Macbeth."
