Is this a correct sentence? Please confirm.
"I have attached the updated abc details. KB wise I have searched January updates to abc software, but I have received no records found(no computers) only"

No, it is not correct. I assume that “abc” is standing in for an actual word or name. If that is true, then the first sentence is fine. I have no idea what “KB wise” might mean. You need “the” before “January” and “abc software” in the second sentence. Everything after the word “but” makes little sense. This may say what you mean, but I could be wrong:
I have attached the updated abc details. I searched for the January updates, but found nothing.
