When I am reviewing and making changes in Grammerly, the changes are not sticking.

Example, I make a change from become to became and yet when I go back to check review, it has not changed and is still showing up with the original error. How do I make sure the changes I am making as I am going through the document are actually changed?

See example:

Trying to teach him by phonics and books that were below his comprehension level made him feel "not smart", however, when he was able to listen to the unabridged recording the a book that was at his comprehension level, he become motivated.

Rhonda, there are no employees here.  There is a support link at the bottom of the page.  Most of us that frequent this forum to answer qiestions do not use the grammar checker.  My understanding is that the user cuts & pastes from a document into the online program.  I think that you have to make corrections in your own document, that the online program doesn't do it for you.  But I could be wrong.
