Is anyone, anybody or anything used correctly with negertive verbs or questions only ?

No, these words can also be used in positive form questions as well.

 

"Do you know anyone who can cover the shift?"

 

"Is there anything you want from the store?"

 

"Has anybody contacted you about the party?"
