Punctuation in listing
Grammarly advises to place a semicolon rather than a comma between ...laboratory and undertaking...
As the sentences is meant to be a listing I believe a comma is correct here.
Thanks
Daniel
See example:
I can offer professional experience in managing and supervising a research laboratory, undertaking project work with partners from different disciplines and advising and servicing customers.

The software is reading this as a compound sentence. Remember, it's just software and can't think. You are correct, but I would also put a comma after 'disciplines'.
I can offer professional experience in managing and supervising a research laboratory, undertaking project work with partners from different disciplines, and advising and servicing customers.
