What do you think about the style of this phrase?
I'd like your opinion on how to rephrase it.

This doesn't make any sense to me, so I can't offer a way to rewrite it. Maybe someone else will know what you are trying to say.

Like Patty, I'm puzzled by your sentence, but the following correction will make it grammatically correct. I would spell out 'one' rather than use a numeral. Since 3 is referring to a number to be multiplied, it can be left a numeral.
It is as if God wanted to play with us and gave a number that has one and two multiples of 3 with this "magical" property.
