Can I use a semicolon here?
This is a bulletpoint on my resume. I feel that without the semicolon, the point will be confusing.
Please advise:
"Effectively communicate with property manager, tenants, real estate agents, contracted companies, and financial institutions; regarding listings, leases, billing, and property maintenance. "

Semicolons are used to separate items in lists when internal comma within the items lead to confusion. Here, you are doing the opposite. The semicolon doesn't work for me. You may simplify the second list, however, and still make your point.
Effectively communicate with property manager, tenants, real estate agents, contracted companies, and financial institutions to deal with all aspects of property management.
