The Grammarly program is comparing the names in a title. How can I get around that?

See example:

Higher Education and Adult Learning

The software is a computer program.  It doesn't understand context. It makes suggestions based on rules for writing sentences.  A title is not a sentence, so it doesn't have to follow the rules of a sentence.  Ignore it.
