It would be the most natural to delete all of the extra details from your sentence, and you don't really need any of those modal verbs, either. There is a 0.35sr photocopying charge per page. Or Photocopying costs 0.35sr per page.
For your information, here are the corrections for the other words that I've deleted in the revision:
-printer maintenance
-toner
-A3 and A4 paper
I have no idea what without printable media means in this context.
