There is a link for support at the bottom of the page.  This forum is for discussion about grammar and the participants are not Grammarly employees.  You might want to get this question deleted, as you have just placed your phone number and email address on a public website accessed by anyone around the world.

I will second Patty's response.

But from my own experience using the service, I can answer your questions. You would also know these answers if you had read the information presented on the pages carefully.

1) The grammar checking service (for which you pay) cannot be downloaded. It is a web-based service that runs in the cloud. You access the service via your internet browser, your user name, and your password. You can access the service from any internet-connected computer any where in the world. You do not need an app loaded on your computer to use the service.

2) Grammarly offers a free add-in app for MS Word for Windows only. the app is written in Microsoft's Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). Apple does not support VBA so the app will not run in Word on the Macintosh. All this app does is automate the cutting and pasting of your text into your browser window. You can do the same thing without the app and you do not need the app to use the web-based grammar checker.

I hope this helps.
