While I read Spanish reasonably well, I struggle to speak and write it (not enough practice).
I must make two points about your comment.
(1) The software does not know that you are the same person that wrote the other work. How could it? So it flags the work as plagaraized.
(2) Self-plagaraism is becoming a major issue in American academic circles. The current thinking is that you should cite your own previous work in the same fashion that you cite works by others.

I once had to drop a Business Law class halfway through. When I retook it, the instructor reminded me that I could not turn in a paper (or any part of one) that I already wrote for the class the first time.
