To achieve a communication not only efficient but also accurate in terms of quality and quantity of information transmitted by a need is necessary first to analyse the communication process, that is to be recipes(heart), to be understood, to cause a reaction (a change of behaviour and attitude). Actually invoke the relation that is established between transmitter and receiver decoded by: The transmitter is the person who initiates the communication and the receiver are the person that gets or receiving the message (information).

See example:

To achieve a communication not only efficient but also accurate in terms of quality and quantity of information transmitted by a need is necessary first to analyse the communication process, that is to be recipes ), to be understood, to cause a reaction .

It is very difficult to understand what you are trying to say, Aurelia.  I know that it has something to do with communicating efficiently.  I am sorry to tell you that your passage is quite the opposite of that goal.

“Recipes” is the plural form of recipe.  This is a set of instructions on how to cook or bake food.  I don’t know what word you are looking for or why the word “heart” is in parenthesis after it.

Both of your sentences are incomplete sentences.  I am not sure how to help you since I can’t understand what you are really trying to say.
