It is very difficult to understand what you are trying to say, Aurelia. I know that it has something to do with communicating efficiently. I am sorry to tell you that your passage is quite the opposite of that goal.
“Recipes” is the plural form of recipe. This is a set of instructions on how to cook or bake food. I don’t know what word you are looking for or why the word “heart” is in parenthesis after it.
