Is privacy in the 21st century possible
The primary reason for the privacy increases is because of the constant threats on our national security.

See my answer to your other question. This is in the direction of the additional details I talked about. However, there is a big flaw in your statement here. Threats to national security have led to policies that decrease the amount of personal privacy that individuals can expect. Make sure you understand the difference between changes in privacy laws and the amount of privacy an individual has. These are two different things.
