If this is a quote, you do not need to change the passive voice.
Also, if the actor -- the person tailoring the message -- is unimportant, passive voice may be more appropriate than active voice.
Please note that passive voice is not grammatically incorrect. When it is used incorrectly, it makes writing unclear and convoluted. Grammarly is only alerting you to the presence of passive voice so that you can assure that your use of it does not make your writing unclear.
