If you have previously explained which Egyptologists, I think either 'these' or 'those' would work. If not, then just write, "Many Egyptologists..." There are three other problems with your sentence, however. Egyptologists should be plural. There should be a comma after 'carry', and the plural of 'body' is 'bodies', not 'body's'.
Many of these Egyptologists say that the blocks were too heavy to carry, and that the gods they worshipped had to represent aliens because of their weird shaped heads and bodies.
