You can use  "homework" in a lower case with the word assignment. You can say homework assignment.

Homework should not be capitalized.  It also would be considered an uncountable noun and does not need to have an s on the end.  Homework is homework, regardless of the number of assignments.

 

Master, as a verb, means to conquer or rule over.  You would not master the students, but you might teach them to master the subject.  Hands-on training is practice, so it does not need to be stated twice. 

 

I use hands-on training and assign homework when teaching the students to master the abstract side of the subject.

I think the software is reading 'homeworks' as a company name. Homework does not ordinarily take a plural form. Remove the 's', and you should be OK.
