Conditional Sentences
What should I edit?
See example:
If I were to juxtapose my creative interpretation of a spork alongside my musings on the word paradox, I create something bigger, I send across a profound message.

If I were to do this, I would create that, and I would send the other thing. You are missing the second part of the conditional sentence. When you correct that, though, your sentence is difficult to understand. Perhaps in context it will be more clear.

Thank you Patty T. Yes the sentence would make a whole lot more sense if you read it in context, trust me. Thank you for your helpful feedback :)
