"Visits to the contact centre were made by the scrutiny panel during april 2011.  An opportunity was provided to meet customer service advisors"

Am I correctly using lower case, or should contact centre and customer service advisors have capital letters?

Your capitalization looks fine, unless "contact centre" is the proper name for the office. I feel the passive voice distracts me far more than the capitals. You may find your writing punchier by correcting that aspect. Unless this sentence is only an example, in which case feel free to ignore me!
